Very nicely designed glasses, hip and well-constructed at a very reasonably price-point. I highly recommend Vint & York over many Chinese sites, which produce extremely inferior products.

I like them. Them see lose on the sides as they click up and down on the arms and slide but I believe this is for comfort and fit. I don’t have anything besides sunglasses and they all fit tight so this might be normal for glasses.

It's incredibly hard to find stylish and more straightlined glasses that are not over-the-top on edginess. The Sheik is a great balance and just dropped them off to get lenses. Glad I purchased and will definitely keep VINT & YORK in mind when I buy again.

Readers can sometimes lack style and more often than not are poorly made. I had decided to get serious about reading glasses that looked modern and well-made. The Sheik frames appeared to tick all of the marks. I received them yesterday and am thrilled with the quality and design. They were well-packaged, arrived exactly when they were supposed to and look expensive. The cool gradient color combined with subtle but modern design fit my face perfectly. Vint & York will be my first stop when I'm ready for another pair.

Such a fantastic frame. The tortoise shell pattern tones down the green, giving the frames a sophisticated look while remaining fashion forward. I can wear these for all occasions, boardroom to boardwalk. And for my wide, heart-shaped face, the fit is perfect. It also doesn't hurt that they bring out my green eyes ;) Love them!

I have been always after this style (flat top) in prescription every day use. Took the chance and not only the frame with the lenses were above and beyond quality but had immediate response to all questions and postage to Australia was soo quick A++

V&Y describe these as big glasses. And they are wide. But the lenses are only 33mm high. If you are cursed with a big fat head like me, you might want to consider The Empire or even The Great, which are more like 44mm high. The frames are nice though, and there's a nice case to keep them in

These are my first glasses. They are only 1.75 and 2.0 lenses but jee-sus they make reading paperbacks a lot easier. Hopefully I won't get tired reading in the future.

I am really happy with my new prescription glasses. Before I got them, I was a little bit skeptical to complete the purchase by mail (since I live in Buffalo NY), however I was tempted to buy them by mail thanks to the wide variety of cool glasses (keeping reasonable prices) that Vint and York has available. Go ahead and get a new pair of glasses. You will be happy once you get them !!

Very stylish, I tried many frames at different stores but never found the style I was looking. But this frame looks really cool, I love the edge on top, which makes it looks very stylish. Highly recommended !!!

I am one of those Men I don't need glasses and being an elder I'm trying to preserve my vision. I rode a Motorcycle for over Thirty -Five years and broke,lost more glasses then the average person consumes perhaps over a life time, on average 12-20 pairs per-yr.
In the past years I have learn plenty in concerns buying glasses and the various degrees respectfully.
I search for quality and fresh styles to compliment my face.
Recently I purchased the *SHEIK* which bought me to write this review.
One describe: AWESOME and I agree the fit is perfect the style,fresh clean lines.
