LENS REPLACEMENT

Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your prescription and type of lenses selected. Average time to process is 3 to 7 business days before orders are shipped.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $150. Order usually arrives within 5-7 business days after shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (rates displayed at checkout).

We do not accept international orders for lens replacements.

FSA and HSA dollars can be used for purchases of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. You can pay with a credit card attached to your FSA/HSA account during checkout.

If your frames are damaged, destroyed or in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the lens replacement service. In such cases, we will return your frames to you and issue a refund for the lens charge.
