About The Frame

Inspired by the secret spirits business, we created this serious frame with a classic shape and matte wood-grain-like finish. The dramatically dubbed NYC neighborhood Hell’s Kitchen was a major bootlegging hub at height of the Prohibition — think of these glasses as ideal for both cutting lucrative deals and leisurely sipping a glass of “giggle water.”

Unique! Hard to find grey wood-look frames

I really wanted grey wood-look frames and I was lucky these fit and look good! I have a little, round face. These were the only ones I found. I did have issues getting the arms adjusted (multiple places and attempts, got a bit bent out of shape) but were ok in the end. I use sticky pads on the inside of the bridge, which I replace every few months. I've had the frames almost two years. I'd love a similar finish in a bit more of a cat eye. But these rectangular ones are still great. Unique. Very convincingly wood-like!

Love them! They didn’t hold up too well to pavement when I fell on my face skateboarding on Father’s Day, but what glasses would? I’m reordering the exact same pair today.

First off, the box alone is really nice and high quality. The glasses themselves feel great and sturdy. The wood finish is perfect. Hand's down the finest pair of glasses I've ever owned, so nice I almost don't want to wear them to so I can keep them pristine. Well done.

The glasses are very well made and look amazing, I could imagine paying a lot more for something similar from other designer brands. They come in a very nice case although the case is quite bulky and not very practical when on the move. Overall very happy and delivered on time.
